Multi-functional welding machine

Deuma recently designed and built a multi-functional welding machine in its facilities in Netphen Deuz, Germany.

The machine has the following features:

- highly flexible application: inside and outside welding, longitudinal and circumferential welding with only one machine

- all functions are controlled centrally

- camera system for set-up and welding monitoring

- fully automatic wirecutter

- compact design: suitable for limited height conditions (low ceiling with gantry crane)

- flux-management and welding equpiment mounted on the carriage
